Maybe add Sergchev since hits valued at 0.5. He should take PP1 from Hedman. How great is risk that Power takes PP1 from Dahlin?

Power can certainly run a PP1. However, between him and Dahlin, I think Dahlin is the more offensively gifted. The Sabres should use him at PP1 and use Power in all situations. But doing the reverse wouldn't necessarily be wrong. Hughes isn't great at the peripherals, but if I'm starting a dynasty, I'm securing the scoring cats first and leaving hits and that kind of thing for later picks. Seider could be top 3 if he gets the prime scoring development and keeps hitting like he has. But I'm unsure that Detroit will always give him PP1 time for the length of his career; he seems more like a Doughty/Pietrangelo type where the team might let less talented guys man PP1 to get all-situation play from their studs. A caveat on Bouchard. He's certainly good and deserves to run a PP1. But until we know that he's there long term, I'm a little skittish of resting a dynasty franchise on him. He's an RFA this summer, and the Oilers do not have a lot of room to play with. Maybe he gets a bridge deal, but being a point per game since Barrie left is a valid reason to want serious money. Can the Oilers give him a Heiskanen-ish type deal at 7 or 8 million per for several years? Bouchard on the Flyers is not going to be a point per game player.

these 4, for me anyways, are the clear creme of the crop, as for 5th, McAvoy is nice for this set up, but I worry about him going forward with likely loss of Bergeron and Marchand approaching the wrong side of 30, Seider isn't in this group yet, but his periphs are top notch and Det is a team on the rise.
Short-term - Josi, McAvoy. Long-term - Seider, Bouchard
L.Hughes...I wouldn't pick him over majority of the players listed, but he has the potential to be as good as anyone in that top 4, just has a long ways to go to hit that potential though.
