Been a top 3 team for the last 5 or so years but age is finally catching up to my team. Offer on the table is one for one - Tavares for Norris

Hmm, right now I say no to that. I think your team is still good if not getting a little old. Tavares should probably be good as long as he's on pp1 in Toronto. You can work on the age problem incrementally, but I feel like you can do a bit better than that.

I'd probably do that. I like Norris a lot, and Tavares is very likely going back to C only. Norris has similar upside for the short term, I think.

Tavares is still good but Norris is not much worst if at all and is much younger. i would consider this myself.

Consider it side move at best for next year or 2..then you should be ahead. Problem is that in 2 -3 years..this deal will not be available.

As a Norris owner I’m terrified of his injuries to the point I’m not certain he’s a impact player

It’s not bad, but I would ask for a bit of a sweetener due to Tavares having a little more name value, and doesn’t have the injury concerns that come along with Norris.

If Norris hadn’t had those injuries, he would be my choice over JT. But man, it’s been terrible to see him go though what he has. I hope he can stay healthy and continue to develop into a star, but there is just huge risk as a Norris owner in my opinion.

I like getting norris but would ask for a pick with it if that's an option.
