Why did 3TI acquire KK if he's not a keeper? He gives up a 3rd to keep SG2 in 2nd place? What is 3TI getting out of this? I assumed he was getting a player he'd have for next year. Seems like he should be getting the 3rd round pick.

It is lame and as others have said this can be corrected with a trade deadline.

In terms of collusion, my take is that this requires two (or more) managers to be in on it in order to qualify as such - if there was any discussion between the two managers in the initial trade about avoiding a subsequent trade with the second place team, and that was a condition of the trade, then yes, it is collusion. If this is simply one manager who has had bad experiences with the manager he/she would rather see lose, then it is what it is - relationships and history matter. Currency comes in many forms.

Put a trade deadline in next year. Easy.

3TI had zero interest in keeping KK, it was all to help TM1

Commish ended up benching KK so no gains were made on that end.

There was no pre-talks to deny SG2 the second trade that i know of but I don’t know why it would have had to be said at that point. The trade was made to keep SG2 out of the race in saves.

There’s no need to kick anybody out, but certainly rule changes or something of the sort are being worked on.

That is the right call. Benching KK/reversing is correct.
