Depends on where your opponent is sitting. What are their stats? (also what are your W? You omitted that)
H2H W, GAA, SV%, SO
I'm in the finals this week. Currently sitting on a 2.5 GAA and .918 save percentage and 1 SO.
I have both Husso and Levi playing each other and they're both starting.
Would you play both to guarantee a win?
If it's a high scoring game I might be worse off in my average cats so I'm trying to be cautious.
Also have Jarry but don't trust him right now.

^This.
In an 11-category H2H week, you need to win 6 categories to move on (be champ, if final week).
So your decisions are all "big picture" - which includes how the other guy is doing in skater cats (7 of them) and his goalie cats (4 of them).
Generally - though - without this information, if you have enough starts to qualify (3, most leagues), then 2.5gaa and .918sv and 1so are likely going to take all three of those categories.
That said, if you start "sitting" it becomes a chess match.
As soon as he gets a good start that puts him at 2.49gaa and .919sv, or better, then he'll be sitting - and by then you might not have a "good start" to get you back under him... especially with Husso and Levi.
I still need 1 more game to reach minimum starts.
My opponent has 1 W, 2.88 GAA, 0.908 % and no SO after 1 game
He has Brossoit and Ullmark.
I'm currently leading comfortably in 3 skater cats, trailing in 4 skater cats but in striking distance for 2 of them.
Three previous games between these two teams were 8-3, 5-4 (SO), 6-3.
It being a high scoring game seems probable.
I'd be betting the over like I did on the FLA/MTL game.

Should have listened to you. I played Levi but not Husso. Meanwhile Jarry got a quality start on my bench. I just never seem to make the right decision with goalie starts haha.
This might be the first time I've ever seen "guarantee the win" followed by a question mark. I can see why now, lol.
