Oneil Cruz is awful at sliding. Holy crap.

And people have the audacity to say the catcher was in the wrong. Cruz almost deserved to get the bad end of the stick on that one.

Terrible umpiring in the Yankee game today.

Guardians hit a bloop to centre which was supposedly caught by Hicks then doubled up at 2nd to end the inning.

No indication of a challenge from Guardians. Guardians even left the field and they went to commercial break

Back from break the umpires are huddled around. 10 minutes later they say the Guardians challenged. There's camera footage of Francona not challenging.

The new rules are fine. But this is a butchering of them.
