I'll take Lindholm and Gudas. They're known commodities in that you know that you can bet on at least certain category contributions from them. The others require some optimistic speculation for them to match those contributions.

DeAngelo and Lindholm for me - D hits and PIMs are easier to find than guys who have the ability to net 60pts (though maybe not with Torts).

Toews and then either Lindholm or Gudas for me. But you still have lots of time before you actually need to pick

I like valimaki here- toews just doesn't seem to fit but he keeps scoring...gudas? Itd be more clear-cut with pims..

    To me it's between:

    Hampus Lindholm
    Devon Toews
    Juuso Valimaki

These 3 guys all score, and have reasonably safe roles. Don't get me wrong, I like Gudas, but he doesn't scream keeper to me. There should be guys like that available to draft.

Just no to DeAngelo, as I don't trust him at all to keep a solid role. He can get PIM through his often dirty play, but you don't have that category.

So full disclosure that knowing how many teams make your H2H league would influence this... but assuming it's a "close-to-standard-size" league:

    1) Valimaki - no +/- to sink you and looking like the clear PP1 guy in Zona who should only be adding more talent (Cooley, Rd 1 2023, etc.) next season.
    2) Gudas - you're already keeping Heisk and Dobs - both solid pts/pp guys but shy on great peripherals. Grab that balance with Gudas.

Why I'm voting "against" the others:
    1) Toews - no +/- to boost his value, he's wonderful but likely limited PP with Makar/Byram ahead of him
    2) Lindholm - similar to above - and while I'm a big fan of his, I'm NOT a big fan of BOS next season until there's more clarity on what their team will look like in 23-24 (i.e. Berg? Krej? Orlov staying?).... sorry 4T2... no disrespect meant to your B's
    3) TDA - no PIMS (as another poster noted) and I can see PHI going deeper into a rebuild (as per Briere's comments) which will limit the scoring (even more) next year. He's a re-draft guy (at the right value) for me.

Some good perspectives/arguments from others above too - that's just my 2c. Good luck!

Thanks for all the input guys!

Looks like Lindholm and Toews are the general consensus with valid arguments made for Valimaki and Gudas as well. So I'm not hugely ahead but it gives me a better feel for how people perceive these players.

Surprised TonyD's offensive upside didn't get more love. I always though people were just down on him since he's kind of do**hebag but I can see the valid reasons for not keeping him here.

Hopefully I can solve this logjam through some offseason trading.

yeah the guy I hesitated the most over was Gudas, I could see taking him over Lindholm (prefer Toews over Lindholm) and the absence of plus/minus does make a big difference. But I wouldn't choose Valimaki, great story but he's too unpredictable at the moment.
