You have this slightly odd style (not sure that style is the right word) of drafting... some of the picks made I just don't see them coming.
Not saying they are bad, usually pretty good. Just hard to predict... so I'm glad you are on the long side of me waiting for my pick to come.

Wyatt Johnston I kind of forgotten about... Definitely could of been a fit on my team too with my two other Stars... possibly be a better pick over Zuccarello.
I wanted to spread out a bit, and while I think DAL will do quite well... I also think there's a good chance MIN could win too. So I hedged.

It’s a boom or bust drafting 6th on this one. I try to lean into decent team(s) (NJ and Dallas in this case). When other people try to take samples from those teams (like Heiskanen, Hintz, Pavelski going to different GMs) I further stack some players from that team. If Dallas goes far I’m putting myself ahead of those GMs that took the single players. If they don’t I’m hosed anyway. Thus the few odd picks.

Ya that is a difficult draft spot. I had my eye on Bouchard and was thinking if someone was going to snag him it would be you ha.

I'm kind of surprised he wasn't already picked. His point pace, heading into the playoffs, since the Ekholm trade is amazing.

I was hoping T-Sags would drop a few more rounds. Diversified my team some more with Bratt.
