Freddie vs Ilya tonight, points league not cats. Who would you roll? Historically I shy away from starting both because it seems our points system makes it a wash unless it's a super low scoring game. But I can start both or sit both if I wanted to and not risk losing points overall.

So saves wash out GA at a .900 SV%. I think I would start both. I would not sit both and lose out on the 4 points, you could try and guess which team is going to win but it's a pretty tight matchup.

I basically agree with this. Technically saves & GA wash out at 10saves and 1 goal, or 10/11 which is a .909. So if either of these two guys ( or both) puts up a better percentage, they are helping you. If you think a high scoring affair is likely (looks sideways at the Islanders) then you can try picking a winner.

Appreciate all the insight. I think I'm going to start both and hope for a low scoring affair. It is too much of a toss up to pick one or the other. Here is to hoping the damage for the losing side isn't too bad.

I pussed out and sat Sammy. Still in good shape luckily. But for fun, he got 6.4 points. Kochetkov (yes not Andersen I know) got -6.2. If I had him and started both would have been pretty much a wash lol.
