Re: Levi or Wolf
I own both of these guys and I have no idea. I do know I'll hang on to both and see what happens, the question is how long of a wait before you know if you have something or not. In that respect I also really have no idea. Wolf has Vladar in the way for the backup roll, signed for two more years, and obviously Markstrom has the starters roll but is 33, however he is signed for the next three years. Wolf could win the back up roll out of camp next year but realistically I'm looking at the following year. The following year he could potentially establish a time share at best and the following year maybe he wins the crease. If all goes well. No guarantees. In Buffalo it looks like UPL is ready to take the crease next year. However, it is highly unlikely the Sabre's roll with Levi as a backup, they will look for a more veteran presence and they already have that in Comrie signed for the next year, and Andersen who they could well resign in the summer. The following year the Sabre's likely roll out both UPL and Levi. UPL likely has the starter job to start with, but Levi could well challenge for that later in the season and certainly the following year there could well be a competition for that starters roll. Again, if all goes well and no guarantees. All speculation, and as Axe said, a roll of the dice. I don't think we have a definitive answer any time soon, it will be a two year wait. I think they both have the potential for bright futures but the myriad of factors that will come into play as to whether or not that happens is totally unpredictable.
