B. Tkachuk + E. Kane + Gudas VS Guentzel + Gaudreau + Hedman

Hey all,

Just recently received a trade:

Team A: B. Tkachuk + E. Kane + Gudas
Team B: Guentzel + Gaudreau + Hedman

Cats: G, A, +\-, SOG, PPP, and HITS

I am currently Team B with a solid defence core of Makar, Pietrangelo, Chychrun, Chabot and Hedman so I could afford to lose a defensemen and substitute Gudas either for hits or an additional streamer. Currently could use more hits/SOG as I am constantly losing in that category.

Thoughts?

Seems even but if it helps you in the cats you need I would take the trade. Sucks losing Hedman but I’d rather have Tkachuk and Kane over Guentzel and Gaudreau

I'd have to agree with Swarley here. Kane and Tkachuk are absolute beasts in cat leagues and should help you up your hits/SOGs, would be even better if your league counting PIMs. Also, once Kane is back up to speed I don't think you'll be sacrificing much in terms of points to gain in the rest.

So it seems he actually rescinded the trade and modified it to remove Guentzel for Kyle Connor instead

Team B: K. Connor + Gaudreau + Hedman

Cats: G, A, +\-, SOG, PPP, and HITS

Again, I’m Team B.

You’d still be okay doing that trade, you lose connors shots but Kane and Tkachuk shoot a lot as well and keeping guentzel you have more hits than with Connor. It’s Hits and Shots you need and this trade should help you with that
