i think you created it...we all know what can and can not be done between NHL/AHL and CHL and you tired to prove some not important case just to be different....
fact is that you cant send players to AHL if they are eligible to play in OHL and have played there in the past or have current contract....if they don't have current contract they would not be in NHL on the trial basis anyhow so whole discussion is pointless, and you started it so dont blame others.
