Bertuzzi + a pick to Rangers for Lafrieniere ( Imagined )

This would give the Rangers a solid veteran winger and the Wings would get a young one to add to their mix of youth.
Both players need a new contract, the Wings give the extra pick ( they have 2 2nd's...they could put one of those 2nd round picks in the deal....as Bertuzzi will cost more to re-sign and the Wings can give Lafrieniere a bridge deal, I am sure at this stage of his career the best deal he would get at the moment is a bridge deal.

this is something I brought up in the Ranger chat several weeks back as far as acquiring Bertuzzi, it seemed more realistic when Kubalik was going off but he seems to have cooled off. I don't think Yzerman is going to be in a rush to deal a still very in his prime Tyler coming off a thirty goal season only to be followed up by a very unlucky injury campaign so far.
