I've read your post a few times and Im not quite sure I understand what exactly it is you are asking here.

Are you asking if you should trade Lindholm for a pick?

"Limited Lindholm market"?? (how many teams are in your league?)

    What draft?

What does Luke Hughes have to do with any of this?

Are you saying you want to drop Elias Lindholm and pick up Luke Hughes? If that is what you are asking, I would say No.

    Welcome to the forums.

How many teams in the league? What's the format and scoring? Is this a trade or a waiver move? If it's a waiver move, Neiderreiter or Coyle is a far easier drop.

it was more of a clarification question as far as "Who are you trading for", not a "are you trading" question.

nevertheless, if you are in a rebuild mode, and are willing to wait it out, then this could be a nice trade for you in the long run.

I think you should be able to get a better return than Hughes for Lindholm.

i guess it depends on how saavy the league is. LHughes will be studly IMO, but trading Lindy right now is at a low point for sure...doesnt hurt to ask for more.

Selling a 1C for a D prospect still in college. The savvy guy should be the guy selling Lindholm, maximizing his return, not the other way around. This is not a good trade today. Hughes hasn't proven a thing.

I've had a good look at this, and I agree, Axe is bang on IMO.
