Chabot vs Chychrun

Hey all,

I’ve currently got Chabot and Chychrun on the IR, and only have room for one of them on the roster and will likely try to trade or drop the other one.

Would you say Chabot > Chychrun? I know there are rumours regarding a trade with Chychrun so it’s hard to know his full value.

I think they are going to be very close production wise but atm, even after tough start, Chabot will have significantly more trade value so I would try to move him and keep Chychrun

I think Chychrun is the player you want to keep. Once he is traded to a contender, he is going to be a beast. Chabot like stated above will get you more value in a trade right now and with Jake Sanderson on the Ottawa blue line, I see his production going down a little. I would trade Chabot.

Depends on which "contender" Chychrun gets traded too. He could end up playing a defensive role if it's not the right team. Given the uncertainty there, I would just stick with Chabot, he has more immediate value and a more projectable ceiling at the moment.

I'd prefer Chabot to Chychrun until we know what Chychrun's ultimate destination is going to be.
