MacKinnon for Jack Hughes and Letang - Roto

Hello all,

Leagues settings are 12 team Rotisserie, with the offensive categories being G, A, PPP, SOG, Hits, +/-.

Was offered MacKinnon for my Jack Hughes and Kris Letang.

My D core is pretty deep, I have Josi, Hedman, Quinn Hughes and Rasmus Andersson. So would like to offload one of them as I have to bench one of the 5 every night, and all are PP QBs (Hedman not so much lately)

Worth the upgrade?

Yes. Even if you were sitting one of your 5 d, I'd make this deal. MacKinnon is extra special, figures to eventually exceed Hughes in all 5 categories. This is a good price to pay for him.

I love Jack Hughes. He is my favorite player in the entire league. Letang is injured quite frequently and that would scare the hell out of me, but he is good for he old age. Mackinnon, however is one of those elite players that when you get a chance to get him you do it. I would make this trade.

Great, thanks. Letang is tough to give up given how he covers nearly all the offensive categories, but the price I need to pay

As tough as it is to find blue liners who shoot, hit and get points, MacKinnon is on another level. Those top 5 overall guys can help turn the tides in leagues so I'd take that deal all day
