    Default Trade help Laine

Hey guys im sitting 2nd on a 20team keeper/dynasty (not sure the difference) with nhl cap salary.

I’ve been offered Maccelli, Gustavsson, a 1st pick and Cirelli.

    For my Laine, A.Forsberg

I currently have between 2-8M cap space depending on who i bench slavin/Laine/Carlson(who was injured).

I don’t have much use for cirelli excep for spare/bargain money.

I kinda like macelli and Gustavson,
However i eatch a lot of hockey and didnt ser much of Macelli.

Should i hold Laine for a bit more, he
Is staying on my lineup this week has he plays 4games.

I don’t think I’d make that trade. Laine is much better than anyone else in the trade and long term Forsberg = Gustavson at this point.

Laine> all that stuff. Laine has proven he belongs in the NHL. I'll take that over whatever the other guys bring. (Yes, Cirelli has proven that also but still Laine >> Cirelli)

First, I view dynasty as a league where you keep all players or at least 90% or so; just dropping a couple has it operate as if you keep your whole team. Dynasty also often has minors. Keepers have a number of set keepers, and they can range from very few 1-3, which are almost redrafts, to 75%+ of the roster which get them close to dynasty.

For the trade, I like the players you're getting, but I'd keep what you have.

Maccelli is a top scoring rookie ringht now, so the value is higher than expected, but he should be good - but on Arizona.
Gustavsson is a solid NHL goalie, who I feel should be the next Wild starter, but isn't right now.
Cirelli is a solid NHL player, but not great for fantasy.
1st round picks have good value generally.

Laine is what you hop the 1st or Maccelli can become. Forsberg likely has more value to you than Gustavsson this year.

That's a good chance to take to get Gustavsson.
