Do yourself a favor and track down the series of matches Eddie Guerrero and Dean Malenko had in ECW. From a technical standpoint I'm not sure I've ever seen anything better, or if I ever will.

Good time to bump this thread.
To those living under a rock, Netflix now has all WWE Pay Per Views since the beginning available for watch!
Also has current Raw, Smackdown, Royal Rumble this weekend (Saturday??)

I have loved picking a random Royal Rumble or Wrestlemania from the early 90s and watching it start to finish... The characters, the fans everything is just perfect nostalgia.
Last night I watched Royal Rumble 1991. the Title Match is between Challenge, Sgt. Slaughter, who has become an Iraqi sympathizer and the Ultimate Warrior, decked out in red, white and blue paint... not sure the story would fly today but it was quality for its time.
Also, every Royal Rumble is fun to watch because you get 30 wrestlers packed into a match.
12 team H-2-H 1 year league, daily roster changes, 3 goalie start minimum/week
    2xC, 2xRW, 2xLW, 4xD, 3xUtil, 2xG, 5 Bench
G, A, P, PIM, PPP, SHP, GWG, SOG, Hits, W, SV%, GAA, SVs
C: A. Matthews, JT Miller, T. Thompson, B. Nelson, PL Dubois, D. Strome, T. Zegras
    LW: F. Forsberg, J. Robertson, K. Fiala, A. Lafreniere(NYR),
    RW: A. Kempe, C. Giroux,
    D: R. Dahlin, M. Weegar, D. Nurse, N. Dobson
    G: S. Bobrovsky, C. Talbot, J. Daccord
    NO IR

I always tune in this time of year. Rumble then Mania.

As for wrestler. HBK is my go to.

Eddie and Dean had some great ones, that's for sure, but if I'm going with any match featuring Eddie Guerrero, it's gotta be the one against Rey at Halloween Havoc '97. If you guys want something more recent, look no further than Omega and Okada's IWGP Championship Trilogy. Those matches are incredible! And if you like tag teams... The Briscoes vs FTR in RoH! The finale is a double dog collar match!

You can't beat '92, and honestly... the 2023 Rumbles are both great. I think the Men's is an all timer, and oh my god bro... Little Mike's jaw was on the floor watching Slaughter and the Warrior. I was just stunned! As a kid, I think that match traumatized me! I wanted Macho Man dead after that one!

And you know what... I'm gonna say it... The 2004 Rumble would be considered the best. It's just so unfortunate that Kevin Sullivan got away with it.

Yeah, he was great in the ring, but what was he supposed to be? A male stripper?
