Do I give too much for Guentzal, Rantanen + Ullmark?

I'm a contender, being the current champ. My serious threat just made a major trade to pass me so I now need to react.

My main weakness are at RW & goalies having Kyrou, Bjorkstrand, Kuemper & Jarry suffering. I can land both Rantanen, Ullmark & Guentzal (LW) to stop the bleed.

Is that a fair trade knowing the other guy is rebuilding?

He really wants to rebuild... was trying to deal Guentzel with no success. Already proposed Guentzel vs Boqvist + McMichael.
