I'm going with Sheldon Keefe.
No one is more under the gun to win than Dubas and he knows he is going to have to do something if the Leafs are struggling. We all know the popular choice for GMs is a coaching change.
My second choice is DJ Smith. Ottawa brought in talent and expectations are higher than ever.

Smith gets a little leash because his starting goalie is out. But if he persists within DeBrincat and Giroux on PP2 I think that leash is gone.

I'll go with ruff. The writing has been on the wall ever since the devils brought in brunette as an assistant. Pretty obvious he's being brought in to eventually take over so all it takes is a bad start and the GM has his excuse.
I don't see laviolette making it through the year but he might get a bit of a longer leash due to backstrom's injury.
Torts and Maurice just got hired, I can't see them getting fired. Fletcher is the guy who has to go first before torts I'd gone and a whole new regime is put in place, and that might be an off-season move. And I don't think the panthers will be as bad as some think. They're still a top three team in their division and now might be better built for the playoffs so I think Maurice sticks around for a while.

I'm also going with Lindy Ruff. He's the clear on-ice reason guy to me.
It's quite possible somebody will be gone due to other reasons, but we pretty much have no idea who that would be.

If it's not Lindy Ruff, the coach that's fired will be fired based off of off-ice issues, not the on-ice performance of the team.
