Default Nick Robertson or Aatu Raty

In a keeper points only league. No distinction by forward position required.

Can only keep 1 of these players. If I keep Robertson I can't return him to my Minors team next year. If I keep Raty, I can return him to my Minor team next year.

    Who would you protect.

I do not have high hopes for Raty. I think Robertson has a chance to be in the NHL full time this season. I don’t expect big production from him for the next couple years yet so not sure he’s worth an active roster spot. In a vacuum though, I much prefer Robertson.
12 teams. Keep 9 any position.
7 prospects. D scoring 3.75 for goal, 2.75 for assist. Forwards 3.5 for goal, 2.5 for assist. 0.5 for hits and blocks. Goalie scoring -1.5 GA, 0.3 for save, 2 points for win and extra 2 for shutout.

    Pre Draft

F: Keller, Zegras, Suzuki, Caufield, Cozens

    D: Drysdale, Guhle, Perunovich

    G:

    IR:

Prospects: W. Johnston, K. Johnson, Guenther, Morrow, Mateychuk

Raty by a lot. Robertson has missed the boat in my opinion. If he wasn’t on the leafs and therefore talked about more in the media, nobody would be thinking about him. Raty I see as a 70 point guy.

I’d take Raty as he doesn’t take up a roster spot

Raty, easily. Stays on the farm, and has a better chance of becoming an impact player, in my opinion.

Raty for me you don't want to have to hold onto Robertson if he isn't playing and don't think he will

How did he miss the boat?? He utterly dominated and then missed a season due to injury?? He's already looking poised to secure a top six spot with 4 pts in 2 preseason games. If he plays with Tavares and Nylander that's arguably better than the isles top line. His brother has shown he's got the right bloodlines to be a star and he's shown himself he doesn't know the meaning if the word quit.

Kids a stud. If you want to miss the boat because of a freak injury season please do so wuietly- lol!!

Raty for me. The key here is that Robertson needs to produce enough this year to show he's a keeper for you moving forward, or to at least show somebody that he's worth trading for.

I feel like Raty fell for reasons which didn't make a lot of sense at the time, and he's been doing pretty well, I think.
