Final keeper selection help

Farabee, Lapierre, Frost, Pelletier, York, Marchment, Barbashev, Kylington, Boqvist, Bennett, Eriksson Ek, Price

I will be playing Lafreniere, Caufield, McTavish and Reichel in the season, but I still have room for one more keeper today.

Looking at your roster I see a team that probably needs to start looking towards the future. Crosby, Marchand (pretty much the entire forward corps is expendable Zibanejad might be the exception), Carlson, Krug are probably all candidates to move on from in favor of futures. With that in mind and considering you have some pretty solid forward prospects, I would be looking at keeping the defenseman with the highest upside. That has to be Boqvist for me. I could see making a case for York, but philly is garbage and they'll probably make him wade through years of absolute misery before he starts to look like he's getting what he deserves. I would even consider dropping Hart to keep York and Boqvist and then trading some of the aging players to add more talent for the future.
