Ya 1-28 is easily doable - with a little more time spent reforming the Stats chart 3 times (offence, defence, goalie) filtering out teams not picked.

I don't know what everyone thinks on ranking with 32 teams or 28.
I kind of prefer 32 as it reflects just how your team is doing in the NHL.

Either is OK by me... but I think 32 is better because the points will indicate EXACTLY where your pick ranks among the 32 NHL teams.

Added rating formatting under accumulated stats table.

Red= stat is performing below the tier it was picked in.
Black= stat is performing at the tier it was picked in.
Green= stat is performing above the tier it was picked in.

Err the tier formatting would of been more accurately if done under 'The Rates' instead...

Also made the Stat Table static for now so I could change GP values so Standings By Rate would better reflect how it would look during the season.
This change flipflopped P7 ahead of PenguinHunter.

I just noticed that not all teams are importing at 82 games played?

Is this an issue with the import or am I just missing something.

Also was just looking into it a bit more.

It looks like on the roto standings, the roto points are not moving with the standings table.

If you look at the bottom row:

Pmorrow has 157 points - however the roto points across that row totals 240 points. Which is Invictus point total.

It looks like the roto rankings might be reversed (ascending vs descending) ?

I changed the sheet to not link with Natural stat trick so that I could change the GP to better show the Standings by Rates.
The Points will be different in the rates standings because it will be based off your team standings when a rate to games played.

There is an issue with the games played not adding up correctly. ie looking at mine in the rates 319 + 320 should equal the total in accumulated. 639 is not what I have (637).
I believe 637 should be the correct amount of GP. (** Note I am not counting GP for SV% in the Accumulated Stats table**)

All should be fixed now.

There's gotta be a site that has: Goals For per Game (GF/gp), Shots Against per Game (SA/gp), and SV% (for goalies, for season)?

On the Dashboard tab or the Team Statistics Table tab I now have hidden (which Im not sure if you can view or not unless I unhide it)?

The Rates Standings paints a better picture of how you are doing at that point in the season.

For example P7 has 641 GP vs PenguinHunters 636. But on closer inspection... P7 has 13 more GP in the SA cat (leading to more SA) and just 8 more in the GF.

Really I should not be combining GP for GF and SA in the accumulated column as it's misleading. I should probably leave it blank (I changed to points back).

I guess I don't understand why "GP" shows up for any columns.
It's one more variable that shouldn't need to be tracked... it'll just get messy and cause errors.

Goals scored (offense) and shots against (defense) should be available from a "per game" table statistic - from some site.

Well first table shows your rankings and current standings.
'Accumulative Stats' shows your stats and stats totals.
'Standings By Rate' shows your current GP and your rankings per GP giving you a better understanding of how you are doing.
(GP for SV% doesn't really matter, but it's shown to fill in space)
All information for show.

It's not really messy to divide the stats by games played.
Pulling from another data source (like statmuse) could cause weird issues/misinformation as both sites may not update at the same time - leading to mismatching data.

If an offense-team-pick has 3.43 goals per GP thru 22games.... or 3.43 goals per GP thru 25 games... shouldn't really matter.
Same for defense-team-pick... 27.34 shots against per GP thru 22 games... or thru 25 games... no matter.

If we are going "ROTO-style" with 32-to-1 pt per standings rank... it's just wherever the team-pick ranks (from 1st-32nd) is in a sort of each averaged statistic.
There's simply no need to have a "Total For Season" and do any division by number of "games played".

Does that make sense?
