I have them ranked in the order you listed them.
I am on the clock and need to make my final pick in our offline draft. I should probably add another goalie as I only have 2. Who should I take from the options below?
Allen - Volume of starts
Varlamov - I own Sorokin so he would solidify my starts for NYI
Comrie - Should be the guy in Buffalo
Hill - Could steal starts from Thompson
Kahkonen - Still some upside there
Thanks for your help.

If you are hoping to compete...
Varlamov for me.
Take the 82gp from NYI.
If you go Allen (MON), there is probably many conflicts with NYI, CBJ starts (also Eastern Conf teams).
This said, your forwards look pretty weak for a 12-team league.
You would know - from last season - whether your team can compete with the top teams in your league.
Be fair & realistic.
If the top teams are WAY beyond your team, sometimes you should consider swinging for the fences.
I'd say there's only a 5% chance... but if BUF starts to *pop* and Comrie has good stats... you could be looking at a sneaky great goalie to own and/or trade.
There's almost zero upside in Varly, Allen, Hill, and Kahkonen.
But remember Talbot on EDM from a few years ago.
There's a tiny chance Comrie on BUF could play out the same. Tiny... but it's there.
I skip Allen - volume starts aren't worth much if the team is getting shelled nightly.
I agree with Pen - Varly for the cuffs - if you're one of the top teams.
Comrie is a very sneaky value-add that could pay off - Anderson is probably available as well for those cuffs.
Kahkonen would be my choice for a longer term value add. Reimer's only under contract for one more year & SJ targeted him for a reason.

Varlamov is the only guy I'd actively want to be on a team. Allen has volume but not much else. The other three are probable negative assets for this coming year.
Varly for sure.
10 Owner Keepers. Keep 8
Positions----C:3 LW:3 RW:3 D:6 G:2
Skaters: Assists/Blocks/FOW/Goals/Hits/SOG/STP
*Defense premium 1.5/1 Goalies: GA/SV/W
Kootenay League
C: Draisaitl(c,l), Zibanejad, Beniers, Nelson
RW:Meier(l,r), Kyrou, Tippett, D.Stome(c,r), Stone
LW: Tkachuk(l,r), Panarin, McCann(c,l), Marchessault(l,r),
D: Josi, McAvoy, Morrissey, Montour, Toews, Hronek, Severson, Orlov
G: Gustavsson, Kuemper, Gibson
Handcuff with Varly.
Varlamov - gives you all NYI starts, no conflicts
Comrie - could be the starter in Buffalo, who I like more than Montreal.
I'd probably only take one of those 2. Comrieif you want a big swing, Varlamov to play it safe.
Kahkonen - I like his talent, but not his team
Hill - Could be the co-starter in Vegas for a while, job is sort of open, team is good enough.
Allen - Team isn't good, and he's a definite NHL backup in a starting role.
