Jack Quinn +1600 for Calder
Florida Panthers +600 Not to Win The Stanley Cup
Detroit Red Wings +290 To Win The Stanley Cup
I'm a fan of betting the longer shots that have a great chance to be in the mix (but not likely to win), and then cashing out when the field starts to narrow and the odds shift in their favor (or, ideally, they actually look to pan out). Worked well for me last year with Barkov for Hart (cashed out before his first injury), Shesty for Hart, and Markstrom for Vezina.
I don't have the odds in front of me, but I took
JHughes for Hart
Pettersson for Hart
Markstrom for Vezina
Ottawa for the Cup
These don't need to win to be successful. Just need to improve on their longer shot odds at the moment.

I still can't get over Seattle at 81.5.
Why is it better odds for the Under!?!?! Did they make a trade I don't know about? Dobber has them at 60 points.
Bet365 members... If you're not in on the Super Boost bets that they've been offering for prime time games, get in now.
They announce them about an hour before the prime time start. By my count they're 4 for 5.
Javonte for a TD - MISS
Rodgers for a single TD (2/1 odds) - HIT
Diggs for a TD (3 or 4/1) - hit
Chubb for a TD - hit
Zeke and Barkley over 50 rushing yards - hit
Soooooo I guess I was very wrong about the Kraken. Holy crap I'm going to be in the hole on this one.
I'd love to know what the best year over year increase has been. With 60 points last year they look like they're going to blow that out of the water.
I wanna say the Leafs Matthews 1st yr was a top 5 turnaround statistically? I can't remember now since it was so long ago, but I kinda remember them talking about that.
2015-16 season, 29w-41l-11OTL, 198GF, 246GA (-48), 69pts
2016-17 season, 40w-27l-15OTL, 251GF, 242GA (+9), 95pts
So a +26pts differential.
Kraken had 60pts last yr (-69GF/GA) and are on pace for 95.67pts (+27.33GF/GA). So yeah, they're on pace to even beat the Leafs turnaround.

I missed this topic earlier but here are the NHL season bets that I made this year:
0.5 units - Dylan Holloway to win Calder at +4000
1 unit - Joe Pavelski under 30.5 goals at -122
4 units - Bruins over 95.5 points at -110
So far only one of the 3 is looking like a winner but it's still very early in the season.

Yeah, not sure about that - "Florida Panthers +600 Not to Win The Stanley Cup"
I'm sure they may be close to +600 To WIN the cup, but +600 to not win it... I'll put my house down on those odds.
