I'm in a 10 team keep 4 or 5 (forfeit your 1st round pick to keep the 5th player) PPR.
QB, 3WR, 2RB, TE, Flex
Keepers:
D.Adams, Waddle, Jefferson, J.Williams, Kittle

Do I keep Kittle as my 5th? I don't have my 6th round pick. I'm picking 9th in each round. However, I would (likely) be drafting 7th IF I don't keep Kittle. The below list are players I believe won't be kept:

So I can pretty much guarantee I'd end up with one of the top QBs, or an RB2 if I don't keep Kittle as my 5th keeper.

Yeah, I'd go with the QB route too as long as it's not Lamar.

But what are your TE options if you dont keep Kittle?

I'd find it easier to find a quality QB vs another stud TE.

3 TE's will likely be kept. Pitts, Kelce, and Andrews.

which would leave like Schultz, Kmet, Kittle, Waller, Goedert, Hockerson, Ertz, and Freiermuth available. Hockerson is a 50/50 in being kept though. So I'd likely end up with one of those 11 TE's at some point in the draft.

It's tough, the list you provided, to me, suggests that Kittle should be taken around pick 5,6, 7 or 8, depending on other owners' preference. It's right on the edge as to whether you would get him back. Of the players on the list, it seems that each of Allen, Mahomes, Herbert, L. Jackson, and Montgomery ought to go before your 7th pick in that round. That would leave Waller or Kittle for you at pick 7.

I'd throw Kittle back in, and hope that one of the above five players drops to you. And if they don't, then you can just fall back on Waller or Kittle to fill the TE slot.

I can almost guarantee Breece Hall and Dameon Pierce will be picked in that 5th round. Hall will be pick 1 or 2, Pierece will be right before me is my guess.

I guess it depends on what you value more. I tend to value TE's more than QBs but that's me. I will usually draft my TE before my QB.

If all that is the case, and you don't have other owners who are more TE focused, then it seems Kittle will be there for you at your pick. I'd be ok throwing him back. Your league history will inform you as to whether the owners picking ahead of you are TE focused enough to use their pick on Waller or Kittle.

Is there any RBs out of that list that deserve to be picked up over lets say Allen or Kittle? Having just Williams does leave me vulnerable at that spot.

Allen, probably no RB listed should go ahead of him. You can make the argument that Montgomery or Dobbins should go ahead of Kittle. I'd rather go with a TE and then pick up a guy like Chase Edmonds in the 7th round.

Or Jacobs if he’s still there. Allen, (if you choose to drop Kittle) is for sure the guy you are dropping Kittle for.

Thanks everyone! Keepers are locked in at midnight and I was flipping back and forth a lot on keeping Kittle especially since I've had him for 4yrs now (had him in his breakout 2018yr).

Moving up from 9th to (likely) 7th for every round is pretty solid.
I agree with Montgomery and Dobbins ahead of Kittle - Cam Akers too.

I would drop Kittle as you're pretty much guaranteed to get an upgrade (if Pierce and Hall are going 1 and 2 like you say)

Is Kittle still a stud? Is he a stud with Lance as QB?

I think both of those answers are no. I like most of those players ahead of Kittle and think you should be able to find a good option for TE in a 10 team league.
