I think we should run a 3 strike pool from the get go next year. Doesn't have to replace the traditional Survivor pool , could be ran alongside of it. But it might keep interest up as well

Agreed, I have enjoyed Third Chance the most with this format. If more people had joined it would have been so awesome. If the main group doesn't wanna do it next year we can do a separate three strikes and double picks at the end format.
