Tier 1 -saucelife (wins Tier 1 in his first year in Tier 1) - Similar to pmorrow two seasons ago... I see a trend - No pressure for The Comish
Tier 2 - The Comish (will be promoted to Tier 1)

hockeyrobot - relegated to Tier 2.

Rules

A randomized draft order (snake style) will be determined and then each member will select four NFL teams with the goal of accruing the most aggregate wins.
It should be noted that ties do occasionally happen. For our purposes a tie is equivalent to a loss in that it doesn't count towards a win. I've heard it suggested that a tie should count as half a win but that's not how it works in the NFL so it's not how it will work here. However, ties will count as a tiebreaker in the event that two members finish with the same number of total wins.

The next tiebreaker is aggregate point differential for all the teams a member possesses. The member with the highest aggregate point differential wins the tiebreaker.

The final tiebreaker is number of playoff teams.

In the event none of these tiebreakers breaks the tie, we go for the classic coin flip.

Hopefully it doesn't come to any of those.The draft will take place here in the forum once all teams are confirmed. Each tier will have it's own separate draft thread. We'll go slow style, no time limits, starting ASAP. We have lots of time before the season starts and this is an online thing so we can't expect everyone to be in one place at one time. And it's only four picks each (32 total) so it really won't be that time consuming.

I think you've got this mixed up with the NFL Pick'em league we usually do. This is the one where we draft teams at the beginning of the year based on how many wins we think they'll get
