Need to only keep 4, no position restrictions for upcoming year. League in signature.
We allow off season trades, my gut says try and trade Eichel (“want” him to be great, but…) & Svechnikov (now that I have Tkachuk). Won’t have a lot of bargaining power, but I’ll take some decent pick(s) if I can get them as I only have my 1st and 5th round then all later rounds … made a go at it last year and crumbled after dealing picks.
For points context, here’s how the 5 (excluding Shesterkin) faired for “average ppg last year”:

If it is a start 2G league: Kucherov, M.Tkachuk, Fox, Shesterkin
If it is a start 1G league: Kucherov, M.Tkachuk, Fox, Svechnikov
Eichel was disappointing enough where you can let him go and he might even be redraftable at your pick in first re-draft round (49-60th overall players).
12 teams x Keep4 = 48 players kept.
Vegas has been an overachieving team for years, but they just won't have the same offensive firepower this year.

Agree with P7 here. It’s really btwn Svech and Shesty although in a keep four there will be other Svech players out there and probably not as many Shestys.
Eichel can be let go or traded.

Keep Kuch shest fox tkachuk in your keeper format imo, eichel and svech (less so than eichel) are fringe keepers for your league

FWIW Shesterkin PPG avg was 8.45, next closest among starters what is a Kuemper at 7.77 followed by Markstrom 7.59

Svechnikov would normally be a keeper, but he's a lot like Tkachuk, who is slightly better.
You want Eichel to be great, but he isn't great enough to be above 6th in this list.

I think the general consensus here is bang on. Keep Shesterkin, Tkachuk, Fox and Kucherov.
It sucks throwing names like Eichel and Svech back but that happens in a limited keeper. If you can get anything for them in a trade, I'd do it. Surely some of the weaker teams should have interest
