Yeah this is slim pickings in a limited keeper... I agree with Axe though, those are your 2 best bets.
How many teams in your league? If it's not a deep league I'd seriously be considering looking at some teams who are going to have to drop some higher end talent and see what the cost of acquisition would be. Usually you can trade some draft picks for those players and should be able to bolster your keepers moving forward..

Depending on the number of teams in the league there could be a number of good players being dropped. I’d be all over offering high draft picks to pick up a keeper or two to build around.
