They're spending $2,325,000 on Brossoit and Thompson showed he can perform better than his $766,667 cap hit. I bet they just run with their goalies unless they can get something they can't refuse. Maybe NYI will take Lehner for Varly for LTIR space for Kadri.

I agree. If the wheels come off (which I don’t think they will) then they’ll look at a trade.

They might do something like Brossoit+ for Reimer (especially with Brossoit coming off offseason surgery) but I think they're fine with Thompson as their 1A.

Depends if Brossoit is healthy. I think if he is, they should run out Thompson and Brossoit to see if they can hold things together. A 1A may become available closer to the deadline if they need to go down that road.

I wouldnt be surprised to see varlamov to vegas but I also wouldnt be surprised to see Lou sign Varlamov to an extension so he remains with organization as Sorokins 1b / backup
