How's the rest of the roster looking?

Are you competitive enough to win this year... then I might take the chance of Chubb.

But Chubb is probably done after this year. And with Watson news - he might not even be worth it this year.

The #3 pick is about the 100th to 110th best player, so someone who'd be at the fringe of starting. I wouldn't put much value on the pick. So it is Chubb v. Davis. If you think you can win this year, I'd make the deal as Chubb in 2022 will probably be more valuable than Davis. But as PenguinHunter notes, Chubb's expiration date is fast approaching. He turns 27 during the season and has been worked hard. Davis is 23 and set up with a star QB for a while. I only make this deal if I think that Chubb will make the difference with me winning a title. Otherwise, Davis is the more valuable asset long term.

I agree, now is the time for Chubb. After this season I think he may be done. I like Davis going forward if you are retooling/rebuilding. Good luck

If you are in an opportunity to win, I'm taking Chubb for a 25-30th ranked WR (14x3=42, so he's a WR2). Cleveland had like the bare minimum of redzone opportunities, and he'll get more once Watson is back. Hunt wants out, and Chubb can catch, but not as good as Hunt.

I think you have 1 season of Chubb though. He's at 908 career rushes and the 1,200 mark is kind of the last yr of their fantasy production. The age 27 season is when you think about dumping a RB, age 28 is when it's pretty much too late. Chubb's limited role in 2 of his 4yrs though makes his projection last a weeeeee bit longer though I think.

So if you have a 1yr window, I do it. Hope to dump him on someone next yr, or at the deadline this yr.
