I was thinking after I got this done, if I was more creative I should have done it better with the colour coordinating.

But the brighter colours are the players that are on less teams - yellow, baby blue, lime green.

The darker colours are the players that are on more teams - red, burnt orange, turqoise.

Here is a chart of how many players that each person has in the yellow, baby blue, lime green range:
