If this is for the league in your signature, I’m taking Seider.
In a keeper pool, points only...
Who would you pick between Stutzle and Seider?
12 team points only keeper (G = 1, A = 1, W = 2, SO = 2)
Dress 6 forwards, 4 defensemen, 2 goalies, weekly starts
Roster limit - 20 plus 4 prospects
If this is for the league in your signature, I’m taking Seider.
Another vote for Seider.
There are more Stutzles than there are Seiders in the league.
Seider seems like the easy choice to me in pts only with 4 D. Stutzle needs to unseat Norris before he has optimal value, Seider is the clear #1 at his position on a team that should improve dramatically over the next few seasons.

Seider for now. Maybe in future Stuzle will get to 80-90 pts, but he will have to prove it.

i own Stutzle in 3 leagues and in 2 of them i rejected Seider for Stutzle trade...i prefer high end F. Seider looks really good but i dont think he is next Makar.

This is a tough choice. We have a 20 year old D man who puts up 50 pts in his rookie year. We also have a 21 year old F who puts up 58 points in only his second year in the league. Both pretty impressive. The Sens summer has improved this team significantly, so, does this help Stutzle or hurt his production a bit. Seider has no competition on the back end in Detroit, but up front, this team, while improved, is still a year or two away IMO. Does this help Seider, can he continually improve, or is 50pts for the next few years more likely than not. The bottom line is that there are a lot of factors at work with both these guys and how that ultimately plays out I don't think anyone knows. I am confident that over the next several years Stutzle will out point Seider. However, is Seiders pt production enough coming from the backend vice a forward position enough to swing this in Seider's favour. I'll go out on a limb, pretty far out on that limb, and say yes, Seiders production from the backend makes him a slightly better own that Stutzle. If I'm dead wrong I wouldn't be at all surprised.

Dress 6F and 4D. Stutzle was 85th ranked F for scoring. Seider was 19th for D. While I believe Stutzle has way more upside to increase his scoring pace than Seider, it's still much harder to find a Seider than a Stutzle in this set up. I'm taking the D (unless you think his year was a fluke).
Here's what I wrote in April.
It's in French.
But in other words, rookie D who do 50+ pts RARELY ever repeat.
I'd keep Stutzle, or try to trade Seider for a more proven commodity.

I'd trade Seider + Stutzle for an upgrade at forward.

I'd take Seider simply because high scoring D men are a lot less frequent than forwards. 40pts as a D might be something like 65 as a F, when you consider replacements. Just my logic.
