In 24-team team WHL, pretty sure they went in following range:

24th overall: Goyette
65th overall: Bystedt
66th overall: Bichsel
100-120 overall: Rinzel
not drafted in 120 picks: Brennan

Goyette has some major fans of his "upside".
If you have HIT/BLK though that carry weight... Bichsel sounds like he'll be that kind of D-man.

So, btw Bichsel (if you like HIT/BLK) and Goyette (but might be 4-5 year wait... but he could have PP1 upside on Seattle with Wright/Beniers/Firkus/D)
