Letang with a career year at 35 years of age screams sell high.
Hi, wondering who you would consider moving from my roster that would be considered sell high?
Productive Dman are a premium in this league so I'm not actively shopping any of them unless you have strong arguments.
In order or potential regression I have Marchessault, Killorn, Duchene. Any thoughts ?

I'd look at moving one of your D men for a goalie or a bona fide forward. I know they're (D) at a premium, but the players you listed (Marchessault, Killorn, Duchene) won't get you much. Letang should be moved, or AP. If you can swing a deal for Debrincat that would be worth it.
Team 1:
J Hughes, Cooley (r), Bratt, Laine, M Tkachuk, Necas, A Svechnikov, S Jarvis, M Michkov (r), W Johnston, Zegras, Giroux, Norris, Couturier, B Jenner, T Krug, Burns, M Weegar, Werenski, Sergachev, B Clarke (r), Theodore, Sorokin , Oettinger, Askarov (r), Ersson
12 teams, No salary cap
Keep 14 plus 4 rookies (under 150 GP) max 18 players
Scoring: G (1), A (1), +/- (0.25), H (0.1), B(0.1), PIM (0.1), SOG (0.1), GWG (1), PPP (1), SHP (1),
Goalies: W (2), SO (3), GA (-0.5), OTL (1), SV (0.1)
You’re not going to get much for Marchessault or Killorn. Letang would be your best sell high candidate.
12 teams. Keep 9 any position.
7 prospects. D scoring 3.75 for goal, 2.75 for assist. Forwards 3.5 for goal, 2.5 for assist. 0.5 for hits and blocks. Goalie scoring -1.5 GA, 0.3 for save, 2 points for win and extra 2 for shutout.

F: Keller, Zegras, Suzuki, Caufield, Cozens
D: Drysdale, Guhle, Perunovich

Prospects: W. Johnston, K. Johnson, Guenther, Morrow, Mateychuk
Duchene and Letang but I suspect age has already brought down Letang's value significantly. And while I don't know all the details behind Duchene's production last season, it screams career year to me.

I agree with the others here that the three F's you mentioned aren't likely to get much attention. Maybe Duchene. I expect other GMs will be wary, but if you can get any kind of value for him, I'd move him in a heartbeat.
And I also agree that Letang is likely your best trade chip. I think he can produce well for a few more years (assuming he stays in Pittsburgh, or ends up in a similarly ideal location). But while I don't expect his production to fall off the map, I do think this year was his high point. At 35, that's a great time to sell. And if D are at a premium like you suggest, you should be able to get a significant F piece in return.

The forum is pretty much all over this. I don't know about your league and the GM's, but in most leagues the guys you are looking to sell high on have little value. The possible exception is Duchene, however, the age factor has already been discussed. Marchessault and Killorn will be extremely hard sells I would think. The better "sell high" options for you are on defence, Letang and AP for sure and if the return was right Carlson. Your only viable option if you wish to pursue this would be offering a unatity for quality kind of deal. I don't much like your chances there, but put some offers together and see what happens. Marchessault and Killorn for Cirelli and a + as an example.

Cirelli is being offered for who? In a points only league, Cirelli doesn't have tremendous value (probably less than any of the other 3 F's you mentioned). He's a great example of a guy who is a better "real life" hockey player than he is a fantasy hockey asset. The GM shopping him is likely hoping to capitalize on any goodwill from Tampa's recent playoff run. Could he hit 60 at some point in the future? Sure, it's possible. But as it stands, he's a 40pt player, who has already played 300 NHL games. What you see is likely what you are getting, from an offensive perspective. He could see more upside if he gets more PP time in the future, but hard to see that happening anytime soon. And at a $4.8m cap hit, he's not really a value player from a pts/$ perspective either.
I would expect Cirelli to be an easy acquisition to make in your league - I don't see much value there.

Currently offered:
Askarov + 20th overall
Vs
Marchessault + Killorn
The problem here is that Askarov is years away and it's likely the same case for that 20th overall. Marchessault and Killorn are at least now. If your willing to wait for a few years, possibly 3 - 4, to see what happens with Askarov and that pick, and there are no guarantees as to what you may end up with in the end, well I guess you could do that. Personally, I'm not inclined to do so. It looks like your team is not rebuilding so I don't see how this helps you.

Cirelli also had double (?) shoulder surgery this off-season, so that's another factor in him being available for trade. I like Cirelli IRL but for fantasy think he's limited to 50 points as a 3C, at least until he's moved up the roster. As for the Askarov deal, I'm a big fan of his but it'll be years before he's a 1A and keeper worthy. Marchessault and Killorn are good value so if you're competing then pass on the deal.

Duchene and Kuemper are sell highs that might work for you. If you plan to keep Kuemper for another crack at winning most games because the Avs can score touchdowns every night, be very careful because you might be as screwed as the Grubauer owners last year depending on where he ends up. That said, I'd act fast.
