WHL - One Opening in 24-team Keeper League with all Dobber Forum Members

The WHL is entering year #8.
This is a league of really experienced, solid guys from here on the Dobber forums.
In fact, we only consider new GMs if they have a good reputation here and over 100 posts (preferably over 1000 posts).

Three teams (two with new owners and one existing member) took part in a 3 team dispersal draft earlier this summer when they joined the league.

One of these three teams has had to step away from the league due to unexpected family commitments, and we are looking for a manager to replace this team, prior to the start of our entry level draft starting on July 15.

The league is a H2H league, with weighted scoring for different stats - but it is mostly Points-Heavy and favors general scoring.
We have 23 regular season weeks where you play every opponent once.
Of the $600 collected fee, $95 goes to Fantrax Premium and the other $500 is paid out to: Top3 Regular Season Standings ($210 total), Top Team in Scoring ($45), Championship ($200) and Runner-Up of Playoffs ($50).

The normal $25 fee for this season has already been paid and the manager taking over the team will have a one year grace period.

Teams roster 40 players during season, 25 on their PRO roster and 15 on minors.
Teams must manage their 25-player pro team on a $100.00m cap hit maximum.
Each offseason, teams must keep 30 (of their 40 players).
This promotes off-season trading during two drafts:

July 15th, we have a 5-round prospect draft (mostly of the current year's NHL entry draft players, but some past draftees)
Sept 15th, we have a 5-round PRO redraft (mostly of those dropped players)

As discussed above, we are looking for the new GM to take over the team prior to the start of the entry draft on July 15. Due to the pick heavy nature of the team, we may ask finalist prospective owners to submit a top 40 draft rankings list.

We will be selecting the Dobber member judged as the best fit to join the league.
We typically have 5-10 interested people every time there is an opening... so please don't feel bad if you aren't selected.

4th overall pick allows the replacement gm to kinda put his stamp on the team moving forward .
