I have yet to "predict" any series here on the forums yet and I dont see that changing. Why jinx it.
I will say though, for my hockey pool, I went all in on the Oilers, Avalanche, Rangers and went half and half on the Lightning and Panthers because I really had no clue on how that one would go. Needless to say, I have a healthy lead in my office pool here on the ship.

I went something similar in my office pool.
30 players
8 Lightning, 7 Rangers, 8 Avs, then couldn't decide so I split - 4 Oilers/3 Flames.
2 points back of the lead after last round, but have 10 players on almost everyone else.. Should have it locked up.

Take another look guys. Makar has to touch the puck IN THE ZONE before the player tags up in order for it to be offside.

Oilers were the worst team by far so this call, no matter whether it was good or not, won't be the deciding factor.

No, he has to have control of the puck in the zone. Even if its your contention that he wasn't touching the puck allowing Nichuskin to tag up, I don't see how you rule he doesn't have control.

It’s literally no different than dumping the puck in with a team mate in the zone.

It’s 100% completely different. Makar had possession of the puck and carried it into the zone. Horrible call by the refs
