    75% 1998 born, 25% 1999 born.

Raddysh's agent made a statement early, but it's being contested as actually anything by the way it's worded. "That said, none of the players you reference engaged in any wrongdoing, all of the players cooperated fully with the independent London Police Service investigation in 2018, and all players were then cleared of any wrongdoing" is the wording in the statement. Essentially it's saying "he was cleared of wrong doing so he didn't do anything" in the investigation in 2018. We'll see, but that's not really the same as other players recent statements.

    75%? 25%?

There are ten 1998 born players in your list and six of them were involved? That's 60%-40% split?

If you eliminate the players who have made statements saying it wasn't them (Mete, Makar, Fabbro, Gadjovich and Foote), then eliminate Kyrou and Clague (were not at the event), and remove Point (as it was not a US College student) you can have the following players come out as highly likely as involved:

2 of the following born in 1999: Comtois, Formenton, Robert Thomas
6 of the following born in 1998: Hart, J.Bean, Batherson, Dube, Howden, Katchouk, Michael McCleod, Raddysh, Steel, Steenbergen

I could have missed a statement or two, but doesn't look good for Ottawa (Formenton, Batherson)
Robert Thomas just released a statement saying he had no involvement and did not witness but doesn't state that he wasn't aware of.

OHHH I thought you meant that like 1998 (6) were 60% of the 8 involved. My mistake. I was like...um 6/8=0.75 ... lol. I get what you mean now sorry.

All eyes shift to Comtois and Formenton.

Makes the bullying towards Comtois worthy if he did this.

I have to strongly disagree with this.

If the bullying happened before the sexual assault would we say that the sexual assault makes sense because he was bullied growing up.

    Bullying = not okay
    Sexual Assault = not okay.

Ok, yes if we need to be an after school special. Yes bullying someone for a performance in a shootout is bad.

however the bullying happened Jan 2019 and he said "cyber bullying is a real threat. No one should go through that". The sexual assault case happened at a gala in London ON in 2018.

Bullying sucks, it shouldn't happen. I am also one to find words that people who go through with sexual assaults bad. Guy said no one should go through cyber bullying, then sexually assaults someone 8-ish months earlier. It's one of those "you're sad when it happens to you, and project your issues to someone else with 0 regard how it'll effect them".

I've watched a lot of To Catch a Predator lately on Youtube and it's stuck lol. Maybe I'm just jadded today.

Carter Hart, Jake Bean, Kale Clague (has been eliminated from the possible people from internet inspectors) all share an agent if this matters to anyone.

This is ugly stuff. My hope is the players responsible would confess what they have done and face the consequences. It very well may ruin their career but they need to repent if that have any hope of finding mercy. I also wonder if the players stating it was not them how can anyone know for sure they aren’t lying?? This is an ugly black spot on that junior team. I agree with PenguinHunter the problem is much deeper than a sport. We live in a broken, sin cursed world.

You are assuming there was a crime. What if it was consensual? Only the people in the room know for sure. We should reserve judgement on guilt until the process has finished. A story on TSN's website right now says that the lawyers for the players involved have handed over what appears to be exculpatory evidence for the players. Having said that, the fact that Hockey Canada had a slush fund to pay out on this kind of thing is very damning to that organization. What is also sad is how many claims appear to be have been settled. Many players are releasing statements they weren't involved. Anyone not involved will likely release such a statement so by process of elimination we will probably be able to figure who the accused players are. Coincidentally, Jake Virtanen's sex assault trial started yesterday in Vancouver.

Raddysh came out to say he didn't find out about it till 2019. Knock another off the list

Sam Steel's agent released a statement, the wording was... definitely chosen carefully.

“Sam Steel did not engage in any of the misconduct that has been described in the media, and as far as I know, no one has alleged that he did so,” Johannson said. “Sam has cooperated with every investigation into the matter, and he intends to continue to cooperate.”
