About freaking time. The fact it only took about 75% of their sponsors (who were their biggest ones) to pull out to finally get something done.

Hopefully the new board and CEO will review the decision to not release the names of the players who have been protected.

There's people who will take the opportunity. Even Andrea Skinner was coming into a situation where she knew she'd fail at it, and only be there till the end of October. There's lots of people out there that would take this, some Lawyer looking for a change that likes hockey. Some business person who sees this as an opportunity to expand his empire. Some person who sees this role as a notch in a lapel.

Heck, I'll take the job, the pay, and release every bit of information then go back to my current job lol.

World Championships, and i’m assuming at least Batherson would have been on that list once Ottawa is eliminated. But yes largely ineffectual and mostly for optics.
