I think parents should raise better kids. Invest in them, engage with them.
I have no interest in going to shoot up a school.
I think if you develop kids at an early age and teach them right, then these kinds of things become less and less.
Today's society and the way kids are being raised or " lack of being raised" properly is a CONTRIBUTING Factor, not the full factor but certainly plays a part.

Go outside, play a sport, get a hobby. Put down the video games and put down social media. get a life. It really isnt hard to live as a human being and do the right things in life.

In USA the official poverty rate in 2020 was 11.4 percent. That's ~ 37.2 million people in poverty.
Hispanics had a poverty rate of 17.0 percent.

Another interesting take. I wonder how many of these shootings stem from religion? I'd say society getting rid of all that "God" stuff would be a great start towards less senseless killing.

Is it your contention that the removal of guns would not change things? Bad people will always find a way to do harm if they want?

Well, removing of all guns would likely plunge the US into Civil War. I don't think there is an easy way to do it, even if it is determined to be the best thing in the end.
