Some notes. I am not sure if it is the computer I am working on but I have no end of trouble posting lists in this forum. Editing them as well. So, the bunched up columns are likely here to stay unless I can get onto another computer that works better.

There were a couple of ties that will affect next year. In my experience, not everyone will be back and the numbers will work themselves out.

There are supposed to be four Entry leagues. Two each come up into two Pro leagues, eight teams. And four from each of two Pro leagues go down, eight teams. Because we only have three Entry leagues this year, some numbers don't line up perfectly. And we had ties that matter. We never have a perfect retention rate. The commissioner has to adjust as we go. Some relegated or unpromoted managers will end up in a higher league but who those are remain to be seen. As of now, these are the managers moving up or down.

Ya the third Entry league wasn't posted yet when I looked.
With the ties it kind of made the promoted/relegated line up nicely number wise lol (assuming perfect retention)
