1 move left! Up 5-2. Pick up Radko Gudas for PIMs?

Up 5-2. Opponent only has 1 move left too after picking up Sam Bennett (somehow he was on the wire).

I've got my required 3 goalie starts, my opponent only has 2/3 but has Kuemper and Oettinger going tomorrow.

I have Francouz (done for week prob), Sorokin (Sun vs Leafs), and Ullmark (out).

Should I keep my move in case I need to stream a goalie or just burn it and pick up Radko Gudas for Fri/Sun?

PS. I've got a full line up on Sat and 6 out of 10 slots going Sunday.

I think I'd hold on to the move in case you need a goalie start. He could jump you with wins and saves, and it's no sure thing that Gudas gets you significant PIMs.

Did you start Sorokin last night?
Sorokin would of gotten you a W and helping those other goalie stats...
Gudas didn't do much Friday night.

Can now re-evaluate what you need going into Sunday.

Yep that would have helped the situation. But he may have missed it since I think Varlamov was a late out.

Islanders like to not say who they are starting until last minute. Or at least the beat writers dont post until last minute.
Been like that all season. Hope he knew that and checked last minute as Varly was never confirmed either.

Thanks for the responses! I got lucky with that Sorokin start...thanks Varly for being a last minute scratch. I rolled the dice and played Sorokin and it paid off. 44 save shutout.

Opponent had Oettinger and Kuemper last night...he might have passed me if it weren't for Kuemper giving up 4!

He's only got 1 move left and even if he streams a goalie shutout he can only get 1.60 GAA.

I did end up grabbing Gudas. Just a +1 so didn't hurt me at least. Gotta get ready for next week now. Thinking I might pick up Josh Norris and Tim Stuetzle. (drop Francouz and Ryan Strome).

I like the idea of picking up Stutzle. He's on a bit of a tear and more than living up to expectations. Norris is also making some noise. Strome and Francouz are, well, not doing a whole lot lately.

I ended up dropping Strome and Gudas, I kept Francouz...I think he'll start Wednesday vs Seattle. Not sure if I should maybe gas him and grab Raanta or DeSmith instead though?

I picked up Stutzle and Nichushkin (instead of Norris)...gets me more games played. Ottawa plays 2 games on heavy volume days - Tues and Sat...Nichushkin plays all off days this week. M, W, F, Su.

Looks like a pretty cool league you're in with the FARM team. I need to get into something like that!
