i dont have mack in any league but the ripple effects are significant. saw a video on twitter showing that his wrist buckled after punching dumba. lets hope its just a sprain and not anything broken

What a dumb, dumb move! This even goes back to the Taylor Hall incident and how ridiculous their machoism and code is. While I want to see Colorado face whoever survives in the East, if this causes Mackinnon to be out long term and the Avs get knocked out early then Mackinnon can thank his own stupid decision.

Yea, players regularly have injuries that trainers can't diagnose themselves and require them to leave road trips early but aren't actually injuries. Happens all the time.

Could it be that they were being overly cautious since, as you mentioned, they had already clinched the conference? Or does that not satisfy you because then you can't call anyone stupid?
