It's just some good daily fun. I do like how they take a different approach and have added in the players with longer names.

Pretty annoyed I have Bieber and Ramirez but am missing out on the real Guardians MVP Steven Kwan.

    What a story.

Velocity is down in a lot of places so far.

And Steven Kwan is still amazing. Not Jesus Luzardo amazing.... But amazing nonetheless.

The fact velo is down across the board I'm gonna assume it's off of pitchers not having the normal ramp up time they're used too because of the lockout.

The only guy I'm really questioning is Bieber. His spin rate and Velo is down and he was hurt prior to the sticky stuff crackdown last yr and kind of avoided all the questions because he had an excuse when he came back from injury.

His velo did bump up a tad from start 1 last night, but his slider rpm is down from start 1 I'm pretty sure. Start 3 should be interesting.

Pleasantly surprised by some of my players and their numbers so far. We'll see if I can hold on for the next few days.

We often complain about Yahoo.... But supposedly ESPN just changed their position eligibility rules a week into the season. They changed it from 20 games to 10 games at a position haha.

    Man that would be frustrating.

I'm finding out that dealing with day games is very difficult when you normally wake up around 3 pm during the week.

I'm finding out that Yahoo likes to submit my weaker players in starting roles when I auto set my lineup for the week. I have to go in and manually do my hitters each day for the week.

The whole starting lineup thing isn't calibrated right. It's almost like they've done it on purpose to give a bonus to people who are on it daily for ads.

Noticed this as well, so I had to go back and check and tweak. Maybe those players were in the lineup the day before you set it and so they stayed there? That's my only guess, otherwise not sure how it's set up. Though, how would it know which players we want started if there are options? Rank, season totals etc? I've never really paid much attention to it unless I had conflicts in hockey which I manually changed.
