Martinez - return is imminent and he will jump right back onto that first pairing playing 24+minutes.
Salary cap league, cap hits are nearly identical (5.1M for Orlov v. 5.25M for Martinez). Neither are really in my long-term plans, but who do you prefer ROS? I may be able to keep both if I can free up about 400k in salary, but easier said than done, may be better off using that extra cap to rotate guys in week to week.

Thank you in advance. As always, will REP anyone that I can.

I'd look to deal both, probably. Depends on how large your cap is, but they both seem to be guys who are a tad expensive for what they give you.

I'll go with Martinez. Proven record as an elite provider of blocks. You've waited this long, time to cash in, at least for the rest of this season. Beyond, he may not be worth it.
Agree that both these guys cap hits are a bit rich for what the return is. I think this boils down to what you need the most. Orlov will provide you with Hits and PIM while Martinez will give you BLKS. Seems like the offence is pretty much a wash, over the last 3 seasons, both have put up .44 pts per game. SOG per game are also a wash. Another few considerations here are Martinez's injury history, he has missed a lot of games and he's on IR now and, the fact that Orlov is 4 years younger. I'd also shop both but honestly, I'd try and move Martinez, he has "name value" compared to Orlov who has quietly had good year after good year in the shadow of Carlson. To answer the question, I personally like Orlov ROS. It is close though, and again, this really depends on what scoring cats you need one of these two to contribute to the most.

Simply based on age I’m going Orlov if given the simple choice. Orlov’s value is quite solid right now and Martinez is not, due to the extended absence. I’d try to trade Orlov for something better and cheaper and see what Martinez does when he comes back.

Thanks everyone, all valid comments.
Really, no trade market for either guy, I'm holding simply because they are the best I can do with the cap I've got. Both are in the "useful but overpriced for what they bring category". Right now, it looks like with injuries I'll be able to hang onto both of them short-term, but if my team gets healthy (big if as it hasn't happened yet this season) I'll have to cut one. Just wanted to be prepared in that event.
Rep'd where I could.

Another vote for Martinez, he should be pretty valuable in a league counting blocks
