Fluky injury, but that's what Dell got suspended for. So again, both or neither lol.

Sure, it's another ugly outcome, but MacK got rid of the puck a fraction of a second prior to contact. Any player in Halls situation cannot realistically be expected to change course that quickly which is why it isn't considered interference. The scenario is common and expected frequently in any game, the outcome wasn't.

Dell knew Batherson didn't have the puck at all and by his own admission was trying to buy time for his D. This scenario isn't common and doesn't happen frequently at all so the setup and intention of each hit is entirely different.

Kassian was penalized and no injury on the play so DOPS really looks at those things. Doubt much if any?

To note though look how that helmet goes flying. Major reason why I say goalies should not be "fair game".

I find it amusing that everyone seems to think it should be easy for the NHL to standardize suspensions and be perfectly consistent. And yet, at the same time, there is NO agreement about whether Hall's hit was interference (I don't think it was) or if Hall's hit can be compared to Dell's hit (again, I don't think it can).
