    Default Huberdeau advice

What do you think of Huberdeau for Point?

In a keeper league. Huberdeau has a crazy year but Point is very regular.
Keeper league - 26 teams (90% salary cap league)

    Kaprizov - Kuznetsov - Huberdeau
    Zacha - Stephenson - Bratt
    Zucker - Frost - Eberle
    Johnston - Blueger - Yamamoto

    Hughes - Spurgeon
    Lindell - Orlov
    Barrie - Grzelyck

Point wasn't even there before this year started. The separation is even greater now.

Huberdeau used to be underdog, and this year is no exception (people still don't think he's Top 5). I think this year proves that Hub can be constant and i find him 1 tier above Point.

If you are starting with position requirements, Hub being a LW is also a bonus (lots of C available for Point). If you can FOW, maybe Point gets a few points, but it'd still go Huberdeau

If your league rewards points for FOW, the gap narrows obviously. I recently traded Point and a 3rd round pick for Huberdeau and a 2nd round pick (18 team keeper league) and we have FOWs as a category so Centers tend to hold more value than wingers for that reason alone. I had lots of depth at C so I could afford to lose Point.

Actually saw Hubs play live in person the other night and made a point in following him for entire shifts. My thoughts summed up: "Oh man, is this guy ever a creator."

As if I wasn't already convinced by his stats.

So yeah, Huberdeau by quite a bit.
