Kappo vs Owen Power and dropping a keeper

Hi,
I have the opportunity to trade Owen Power (he's in my team) for Kakko Kappo.

Would you do a one for one, knowing that I will have to drop a keeper (which would probably be Farabee or Vrana)? I'm also really not sure about the value of Power in a fantasy perspective. I just acquired him and not sure if he is a keeper.

My def keepers are actually 4 of Devon Toews, Sergachev, Nils Lundkvist, Chychcrun (if traded by Coyotes) and Ryan Ellis.

The 12 teams league is keep 8 F, 4D, 2G. Goals, assits, PPG and +/- are counting. Def goals are worth 2 points.

If Power is free to keep, I keep Power.

If you have to keep Power over that list of D he's not a keeper, so I'd trade him, but shop him first.
