Rust and Bennett keepers?
Team in sig, not competing for top 3 this year due to injuries, should I keep Rust and Bennett in a keeper or try to sell high on them?

No, I'd be keeping Rust if Hyman is the best return you can get. Chances are you can find a replacement player on waivers with better value than Hyman in a cap league.

Hyman for Rust is sure not selling high on Rust, far from it I'm afraid. Rust is UFA at the end of the season but I would be absolutely amazed if he inks a deal worth more than what Hyman is making now and IMO Rust is the better own. I'd stick with what you have unless you can truly sell high on one of these guys.

I'm willing to keep both of them in your format, but if you can get an upgrade ( and Hyman isn't in a upgrade on Rust cap or no cap) then it would be fine.
