Trying to pick out my 10 keepers, confirmed ones are Aho, P Kane, Gaudreau, Stone, Ekblad, Q Hughes. Who should I keep with the remaining 4 spots?
Currently I'm thinking: Ehlers, Teravainen, Kyrou, Werenski
Other options: Lafreniere, Barrie, O'Reilly, Giroux, Couturier, Klingberg, Necas, etc.

Too soon to tell, but I'm pretty sure Barrie won't be a keeper.

You could look to package some of those fringe keepers and a pick to trade for a goalie. I’d also consider moving Patty Kane, has big name value and is still Producing.
If you’re looking to keep directly from the list as is now, I’d say you’ve got the picks right. As mentioned by @gogoayane , monitor the Klingberg situation, his inevitable change of scenery could make him a must keep option.
